Secretary
Aegis is seeking a part time secretary for our Greenwood, Indiana office. Position requires typing, preparation of reports, copying, filing, and answering the telephone among other office duties. Successful candidate must be dependable, have pleasant personality, good organizational skills, and be able to type 60 words per minute. Computer skills must include use of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL. Ability to use basic Autocad and Quickbooks is beneficial.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Training and career development is an ongoing process at Aegis. Health and Safety, Professional Development, and Professional Organization participation are required for all professional positions. Continuing education in your degree area is encouraged and will include participation in local professional organizations, and staying current with applicable reading of professional journals.
